The footage showed how, in a routine fashion, partially toxic solid waste, cleaning and veterinary supplies, and other type of waste were illegally thrown in the pit. This farm was the subject of a scandal in 2012 when Animal Equality released images of workers killing pregnant pigs with swords and opening their abdomen and uterus to remove their babies.
